How to use Workspaces to segment Twitter

The problem with one big dashboard

Having 15 columns open at once is a recipe for distraction. You might be trying to monitor industry news, but your eye keeps catching the sports scores or meme accounts in column 8.

Context switching drains productivity. You need a way to separate your 'work' Twitter from your 'play' Twitter without managing multiple accounts.

What are Workspaces?

Workspaces in ReDeck are saved groups of columns. Think of them as different desktops for your X experience.

You can create a workspace named 'News' with 4 columns tracking world events, and another named 'Tech' with lists of developers and tech bloggers.

Quick switching from the sidebar

Once you've saved a few workspaces, they appear in your ReDeck sidebar. You can pin workspace icons for one-click switching.

With a single click, your entire dashboard transforms. This allows you to aggressively focus on one topic at a time while keeping everything else neatly tucked away.

Sharing and backing up setups

Your workspace configurations are included in ReDeck's backup feature. You can export your 'Crypto Trading' workspace and import it on your laptop, maintaining your perfect layout across devices.
